Before you write about an order

Put the order number in the subject line. It starts with BA and is on your receipt, and having it means the first reply can answer the question rather than ask for it.

What we can help with

• A piece that arrived damaged or not what you ordered. Send photographs and we will put it right.
• Cancelling an order, or correcting an address, before work on it begins.
• Where an order is.
• Which size or background suits a wall. We would rather answer that before you buy.

A custom commission

A portrait, a logo, a pet or a place, or a size larger than the shop sells online: tell us what you have in mind, or design your mosaic first and send the result. We reply with what it would take.
