BrickArt NZ The things you love, rebuilt in brick.

Shipping

Sent from New Zealand to most of the world. Allow 8 to 10 weeks from order to door.

Every piece is built by hand in New Zealand and sent from here by tracked express courier. This page covers what that costs, how long it takes and how it reaches you.

Where we ship

New Zealand and most countries worldwide. The country list in the basket is the complete list: if yours is there, we can send to it. If it is not, email us before you order and we will tell you whether there is another way.

What it costs

Shipping is priced for the country you choose in the basket, from the size and weight of the box your piece travels in. You see the amount before you check out, and it is shown as its own line, separate from the price of the piece.

Choose the country the piece is going to. The delivery address at checkout is limited to that country, so a piece cannot be priced for one country and sent to another.

Customs and duties

Import duty and tax, where your country charges them, are paid by you when the piece arrives. They are not part of our price or our shipping charge, and we cannot collect them in advance. Your own customs service can tell you what applies to a framed artwork of this value.

Orders within New Zealand have no import charges.

How long it takes

Allow 8 to 10 weeks from your order to your door. Most of that is gathering every tile for your piece and building it. The rest is the journey, which takes longer to some countries than to others.

That range is an estimate. We control when your piece is finished and handed over, and not what happens to it in transit or at the border.

Buying for a date

If a piece is a present, order it at least 10 weeks before the day. We cannot build faster by charging more, and we would rather say so here than take an order we know will be late.

If a date matters, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.

How it arrives

A mosaic travels in sections, stacked in one box with bubble wrap on every side and a rigid sheet between each section, with the pieces of its frame packed alongside. It arrives as sections that you join together, as each product page says.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked by the carrier. We pass the tracking number on to you once the piece is on its way.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the damage before you unpack further, and email us. A piece lost or damaged in transit is ours to put right, not yours to claim for. The returns page has the detail.

Getting hold of us

Email hello@brickart.nz with your order number in the subject line. A parcel that seems to have stopped moving is better asked about early than late.
