What you are agreeing to when you buy a mosaic.

Who you are dealing with

BrickArt NZ designs and builds mosaics and models by hand in New Zealand and sells them through this site. Buying from us means accepting what is on this page, so it is written to be read rather than skimmed past.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this website. BrickArt NZ is an independent creator and is not affiliated with the LEGO Group.

What you are buying

A mosaic built from LEGO® tiles in a fixed set of colours, at the size and on the background you choose. A larger piece is built in sections that you join together, as its own page says. Colours are shown on screen, and screens vary, so the piece will match its design and read slightly differently on a wall.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when payment goes through. If for any reason we cannot build your piece, we will say so and refund you in full rather than send something else.

Prices

Prices are shown and charged in United States dollars, and every price includes tax. Shipping is added as a separate line for the country you choose in the basket. Import duty and tax in your country are not included and are paid by you on delivery.

Prices can change. The price you pay is the one shown when you order, and it does not change afterwards.

Delivery

Allow 8 to 10 weeks from order to door. That is an estimate and not a promise: we are responsible for building the piece and handing it over correctly, and once it is with the carrier their timescales apply. The shipping page has the detail.

If something goes wrong

A piece that arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered is rebuilt or refunded, as the returns page sets out. A change of mind is handled differently, because every piece is built for its buyer, and that page says when an order can still be cancelled.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the piece being what we described and arriving in good order. We are not responsible for losses beyond the value of the order, and nothing here limits any right the law gives you that cannot be limited.

Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed.

Governing law

New Zealand law governs these terms. That does not take away the protection of consumer law in your own country.
